A personal trainer – for your energy levels….
Many of us can describe how we feel when we’re energised, but not always what it takes you to get into that state. This training plan helps you to discover the personal recipe you require to help you replicate thoughts, actions and behaviour to retain that energy and motivation.
Positive Psychology helps us to discover the best inside of us and use it to encourage positive habits and to challenge our inner voice when it’s getting us down. We don’t ignore the negative at all, but we use it to learn and develop our thinking to improve our actions and behaviour for future low moments.
At the end of these training sessions, the idea is for you to have a personal recipe card for wellbeing – I’ll teach you some techniques and tools to discover your positive core for you to put into practice and build those positive, energising habits.
What this Includes:
- Session 1 (1-hour Video call): Intro, discussion of objectives and lifestyle with ideas and driving down to 3 key areas to work on along with an introduction to positive psychology and the way I support you. I’ll also give you some interim things to do and work on whilst I build your full plan.
- YOU: Complete the exercises and start practising the interim things I gave you on our first call.
- ME: Plan Development – usually takes between 3-5 days to deliver.
- Session 2 (1-hour Video call): Discussion of plan and training on specific wellbeing & energy areas
- YOU: put the plan into practice! (3-4 weeks – decided within session 2)
- Session 3 (1-hour video call): 1-month review and further training – adapt plan if required.
- Session 4 (30 mins video call): 3-month review and adapt plan if required.
Extra sessions available for further learning and review if required.
What we’ll cover
A super personalised, One2One training programme – your own personal trainer for your mindset. I’ll run through some basics of positive psychology and drill down to 2 or 3 keys areas based on your own lifestyle, objectives and current mindset to work on and develop a unique, recipe of tools and techniques for you to practice.
Looking at my ‘Energy framework’ we’ll build a combination of exercises to first identify your ‘positive core’ – this is the BEST inside of you and we’ll find ways you can engage with this core to improve other areas of your mindset and life. This method works because it finds the elements within your personality, behaviour and thoughts that you ALREADY find energising – we then look at how we can apply them to the areas you struggle with.
This way, we are not trying to create new or inauthentic-to-you ways of behaving or thinking, we are simply trying to connect the pathways from other areas of your life.
It’s important to note that the success of this training is in your dedication to practice and a willingness to fail…. By failing and trying a different way, we’ll be able to find the right combination of activities for you. Remember, happiness is a journey, not a destination; it is constantly evolving and you need to put consistent effort into your wellbeing and happiness to keep moving forward.

I’m a graduate of self-discovery as well as a Master of Positive Psychology (MSc International Applied Positive Psychology) – everything I offer is something I have engaged with myself to improve my own wellbeing. I’m not just talking as an academic or a practitioner, but as an experienced user of the techniques, ideas and methodology. Positive Psychology doesn’t look to ignore the negative, not only is that impossible to really flourish but it’s not sustainable. We learn how to use our experiences we perceive as negative and learn from them to become more resilient to everyday challenges. It’s this behaviour that allows us to recognise that we are not ‘perfect’ humans and we are all vulnerable. When we learn to embrace our vulnerability as well as discovering our true, positive core – we are able to really flourish in life. Let me help you work on this….
