A personal trainer – for your energy levels….
What this Includes:
- Session 1 (1-hour Video call): Intro, discussion of objectives and lifestyle with ideas and driving down to 3 key areas to work on along with an introduction to positive psychology and the way I support you. I’ll also give you some interim things to do and work on whilst I build your full plan.
- YOU: Complete the exercises and start practising the interim things I gave you on our first call.
- ME: Plan Development – usually takes between 3-5 days to deliver.
- Session 2 (1-hour Video call): Discussion of plan and training on specific wellbeing & energy areas
- YOU: put the plan into practice! (3-4 weeks – decided within session 2)
- Session 3 (1-hour video call): 1-month review and further training – adapt plan if required.
- Session 4 (30 mins video call): 3-month review and adapt plan if required.
What we’ll cover
It’s important to note that the success of this training is in your dedication to practice and a willingness to fail…. By failing and trying a different way, we’ll be able to find the right combination of activities for you. Remember, happiness is a journey, not a destination; it is constantly evolving and you need to put consistent effort into your wellbeing and happiness to keep moving forward.
